This refers to the Extraordinary GBM held on 13.06.2010.
Please find enclosed the duly receipted Copy of Correspondence for your kind reference.
The GBM has given clearance for stopping of maintenance charges from 30.06.2010, however
the RWA keeping in view the numerous pending points to be attended by M/s SML, has
given cutoff date from 15th July,2010.
The above is for kind information of all the Residents and there further necessary action ,please.

‘Der aayad, durust aayad’ (arrived late, but arrived smartly and in a big way). This is how the latest move by the Supertech Rameshwar residents can be described. After all, we all have finally woken up from our deep slumber – that is after a 4-year-long sleep – and raised our voice against the lackadaisical approach of the builder. That is really a good move on our part. But this is just the beginning and we have yet to fight a long battle in the days to come. So we all need to be prepared for that and needn’t lose hope.
