| Dear Mr. Garg, I am writing this mail with deep regret to inform you that my grievance is not being redressed by the maintenance department of Super Tech Rameshwar Orchids apartments. It was 15 days back when we had first complained about seepage in our bathroom. It took them 7 days to bring a plumber at our doorstep. After his appraisal of the situation, the department promised to rectify the situation within a few days. 7 days have already passed since they last contacted me but with no avail. Consequently, the seepage in our house has gone from bad to worse. I am writing this mail with a sincere hope that you would be able to solve the problem after it has been escalated to your level.
