Dear all ,   Besides other important issues pending for consideration  and implementation since long , the issue of No Fire Exit  in the A block is also not being taken seriously of by M/s SML . Although the said issue is also being handled by the core committee , maintenance but my humble request to the members of the said committee is that we can wait for the maintenance  issue and other several issues and can think for further course of action in such issues by holding meeting after meetings  but we should not waste our time in getting this issue resolved only for the reason that other issue are pending .I  appeal to the member of the committee , Honble president and Honble Sect. to kindly deal with this issue separately on priority basis to avoid any untoward incident as happened in the Kolkatta recently where also the reason of such a big tragedy was the same as we are facing now .I further seek permission of the above member  that I may be allowed to discuss the said issue in my own fashion with the directors of the SML and I assure you that within 15 days either they shall start working towards it or will face the dire consequences . We are litter ally waiting for such tragedy to happen and since I can not wait any further for the resolution of such a burning issue , I request you to kindly co-operate and do the needful . I hope you all would understand that it is not my personal problem and I am determined to fight for this issue for all the residents of the A block . Dear Mr N.K.Garg,

This refers to my discussions with your goodself, on the below mentioned

issue(s)( Yesterday and today) ,and I appreciate your stand for initiating

process for second boring ,( positively by tomorrow.) of bigger size, so

that henceforth such problem do not arise.

As assured by you that all possible assistance will be made available to

Residents, to tide over the problem of water and Quality  of water, we look

forward to the same.

As confirmed that the present  problem with boring for supplying water,

has also been solved to a great extent, which is a good news.

We now await your confirmation , for the Date of replacement of non

functional Membrane of RO, as the situation has become from bad

to worse and is due for long.

I am sure this will have your attention on top most priority .

Dear All,

It was a matter of great surprise and shock that our society has only one boring.

 This was disclosed to us yesterday evening by the maintainence staff of SML.

No wonder we get these water problems off and on as one boring is not sufficient

for such a complex and if there is a problem either with the pump or the borewell

, then we get these water problems as was the case yesterday.

We must have atleast 2 more borings immediately so as to avoid the water problem

which will only worsen with the summers approaching.

Regarding R.O problem , we should take this matter on S.O.S basis as this is directly

 related to the health of all residents.

I request if the Executive committee members can meet at the very earliest to solve

 this very critical issue .
