Dear Sirs This is to bring your kind notice that the to-day morning the front glass of my car was found broken in my basement parking. The same was noticed by me to-day morning at 8.30 A.M when I was leaving for office. Please note that the vehicle was ok when it was parked at 6.30 P.M on 13/04/2010. yesterday being a holiday I was at home and didnot drive the car.. Please note that the glass of my car was broken by heavy concrete material which was fallen from the roof of the basement as construction works are going on at the shopprix mall since long.This is a gross negligence on the part of the supertech management as they didnot issue any prior notice to me to remove the car from the parking. It may be mentioned here that on earlier several occasion concrete dust particles were fallen on my car, but luckily my car was safe. The maitenance staffs were well aware about the incidents. Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances and as my car was damaged due to the gross negligence of the management, you are requested to compensate the damage at the earliest.
