Dear Shanti Ji, ( Officiating President :SRORWA)
Please refer the enclosed documents. Most of the work remains still pending even after numerous followup with M/s SML. The Domestic water too has so much of Salt content , that which will be health Hazard for the residents , as well as the RO water is also of very poor quality , as couple of Jaundice cases has been reported from SRO. (Kindly refer the enclosed attachment which is elf explanatory.)

Even Joint inspection of SRO with Mr lalit Sharma, as deputed by M/s SML, has failed to get the SRO work in progress, as lot of assuarance was given that things will be done on priority, but its status Quo. We need to Quantify the Monthy Maintenance Paid against Quality of services provided. Meeting with M/s SML, has yet to show positive pace, as even though its assured in every meeting but the same does not translates into concreate output.

Present Situation is of great concern as residents are regularly complaining for the same, and we need
to address their Grieviances. We need to meet , on top most priority.

Regards

Dear Mr N.K.Garg,
Kindly intervene and expedite the needful, Further , you should plan your visit to site , on
Sunday at 11 AM,( 06.06.2010) for site inspection, so that the meaningful discusion could
take place. There are plethora of issues getting accumulated ..................which need immediate
attention of M/s SML., but regret to inform you that no priority has been accorded.
Quality of RO Water and Domestic water , is of extremely bad quality, as couple of Jaundice cases
has been reported from SRO itself. The Filter Cartridge if you know of RO was replaced earlier that
too 1 part and other part was to be replaced shortly, but the same till date has not been replaced.
Further The Ganga Water connection was discontinued to premises long time back, and same was,
time and again brought to notice of site representative, but the situation is the same.even now.
We await your confirmation , per return.
Thanks,
Sharad N.Singh : GEN. SEC. :SRORWA

Dear Mr. Garg,

This mail is in continuation to the complaints on the pending problem of patchwork / painting in our bathroom.
Regular reminders have been sent to the concerned authority but they keep giving the same excuse of paint
being not available in the stock. I have deliberately withheld my monthly maintenance fee payment to the
department to expedite the situation but nothing fruitful has come on our way.

With nothing much to do, I thought of escalating this issue up to you for a speedy action or atleast a rational
enough explanation for the delay.

Hopeful for a response.

Rgds,

Mr.S.Bose
C-603, Supertech
Kaushambi.

Dear Mr. NK Garg,

This is to inform you that the issue of seepage has been resolved as of now. Tasks of painting of the patches
is left to give a final completion to the issue which I am sure would be taken up with as much dexterity as it
has been done post 5th May' 2010.

Thanks for your help.

Rgds,
Seshadri Bose
