Dear Sir,

Kindly note that Maintenance staff of Supertech have not completed the pending job till writing of this mail.

Mr Kalicharan had been given false promises since last few days and work is still pending.

Moreover he has misbehaved with my wife when she visited his office this afternoon, requesting him to send staff to get the job done and questioned the reason for delay. He argued that it is not their job and we should rather consider it as a favour to us by Supertech ??

When asked why did they have started the job when they could not complete it in time ?? he argued that they have other jobs to do also other than of ours ??

Would like to request you to please forward this mail to their seniors, especially Mr N K Garg since we don't have his email id.

We would request RWA support to get justice and get our work completed in time.

Regards,
DEEPAK BUDHIRAJA

We would also like to highlight one more point that we have not gone for whitewash for years due to this problem.

We had got it done this year, a few months back only and that too after having discussed the seepage problem with MR Kalicharan since we never wanted to be surprised with seepage problem coming again and spoiling all the paint job (you would agree that it is never easy to get the walls painted again and again due to seepage and cost factor is also involved).

That time also Mr Kalicharan had assured us that seepage won't return since it has already dried out and we can go ahead with painting job.

We have then hired labourers and got the entire painting of flat done and it took us more than 10days since wherever possible we got the base work (levelling job also done).

Within a few weeks we were surprised to find that seepage had again started coming at same places....

We would request you to please ask them to be ready to pay for same also.

This is since the beginning of handing over of flat. Everytime we reported of seepage the maintenance staff came and do patch up job, moved and then again seepage came. They never bothered to really find out where exactly the problem is.

We have not been given any permanent solution till date. We have stopped giving maintenance charges for months and then again given them partial payment on their promise that they will repair it properly for once and all . This we have done quite a few times but they have not done anything... which we can say is permanent solution to our problem.>

Now this time they agreed to do the job and then have removed tiles from our main bathroom and at the time of starting this job we have very well asked them clearly that they should not delay this job and must complete this within 2-3 days time since we both are working and these days we have some holidays in hand due to CWG games to which they had agreed that they will be completing this job within 2/3days time or maximum within 04days.
>
It has been already 10days or more but they have not repaired the bathroom and it is still occupied with debris :
>
1. They have removed tiles on the day 1 and then left it unattened till date (Day 1 being on 2nd October 2010)
>
2. We have spoken several times to MR Kalicharan and MR Raman on same.>
>
3. Mr Kalicharan first told us that exact reason for seepage could not be spotted under tiles /walls , hence they will hve to remove one or two pieces of floor tiles of this bathroom... which again has not been done till date ??? since as per Mr Kalicharan they are to first fix the tiles which again they have not done till now.>
>
4. Now tiles could not be arranged due to colour problem>
>
5. Then tiles were arranged with different shades ?? whereas we didn't had any problem and we told them to fix it with those different shade tiles also to which they agreed.
>
6. Now their person to do this job had fallen ill ???>
>
We actually can't understand the working of maintenance department.>
>
What has taken them almost 10days to complete whereas it was actually a job of maximum 2/3 days which they have agreed themselves before starting the job and have also agreed that they will be doing this in one go and also that they don't have any problem with stocks of tiles to be replaced etc.>
>
We would like RWA to take up this matter with MR Kalicharan and MR Raman as to why they have agreed to complete the job when they didn't have resources or rather willingness to do so.
