You all are very-well aware that offg President cum Vice President and General Secretary have resigned taking their moral responsibilities of the deteriorating condition of SRO which has gone from bad to worse, besides follow up with M/s SML, has completely failed to elicit any positive out come, and it was high time where concrete hard decision needs to be taken.
The senior most Member of RWA was asked to shoulder the responsibilities of RWA in MOM dtd 09.05.2010, which had consensus of all members present in the meeting. He was clearly told to arrange a Extra Ordinary GBM for 16-05-2010 as approved in the executive body meeting on top most priority. Few Hon'ble members have failed to abide the directions and as such slipped from the path and started calling meetings with different aims resulting in the present situations.
Hon'ble residents have started exchanging their VIEWS in Blogs www.srorwa.org. and indulged some in facts and some indulge in superfluous correspondence stating mud throwing, some states "Angoor Khate Hain", some states "Okhali Me Sar Dala Hai To Musal Se Kyaa Ghabrana" etc. What fruitful result can be achieved by indulging in such superfluous Correspondence.????
Had the Treasurer taken a correct view as agreed by all and requested to call a GBM for 16-05-10 and get the resignation of both approved,tthe matter could have been solved for ever. Whereas Present RWA has not called the GBM which was approved by 14 Hon'ble Executive members, rather finalized the election for 11-07-10 when only 7 executive member + 3 Club/Core committee members attended the meeting on 15-05-2010. As per bylaws of SRORWA vide Para 7(b) Election (1) clearly states that " Election SARVANG ANUMATI and Gupt Vote " In view of this clause,present members can not finalize the Election. This is required to be approved in the GBM first.
It may please be noted that resignations are required to be approved only in GBM
Now the Hon'ble residents have to consider the correct measures, instead, requested to avoid unnecessary correspondence in Blogs.

Apne resign karne se pahle bye laws padhe the , kya apka resign karna thik tha or proper tha or as per bye laws tha. Aaj app is assocition ka baap kisi ko bhi bana dete ho to phir shikayat kyu karte ho ki kisne kya decision liya. Mujje bade dukh ke sath likhna pad raha hai ki jaha ham app logo ke sath chalana chahata hai wahi app phir se nayi mail baji karke rajneeti shuru kar dete ho. Jo log aaj bye laws ki bat karte hai unse poocho kya sare kam bye laws se hote rahe hai ya age bhi karenge. Ye kanoon logo ko mat samjhao nahi to koi bhi dusre ko kam nahi karne dega . I appreciate the steps taken by calling a meeting on 30.5.10 which is an appropriate steps under the present situation although very late But I am now shocked to see your todays mail when the meeting is so near you should keep mum and do not over react .

Dear All,
I totally endorse what Mr Mukhija has expressed.
It is that one hasty decision of resigning that has put the whole RWA functioning in a mess.
Mr Mukhija is very right when he says that why the alarm bells have started ringing after one month . You should have attended the previous two meetings and putforth your views instead of boycotting enmasse and then cribbing later .
The decision of handing over the reigns to the Treasurer was also yours and was not the decision of the Exec. committee.
So please avoid groupism and start working together for the betterment of the building.

On 09-05-10 You were paressed me to put GBM on 16-05-2010 when our Gen Sety.was likely to be out of station and I was for 23-05-2010 but as you were for 16/05/2010.So We all 14--1=13 agreed but you have attended 2 meetings where no GBM program-me.How our Gen Sty.was insulted. Can you throw some light ?

Dear Mr Shanti Swaroop,
Although i could not understand your mail, but what i presume you wanted to say is that i attended 2 meetings which were not as scheduled.
Please let me put the facts correct -
The meeting on 9th agreed that the GBM should be held on 16th, but we also agreed that yours and Gen Secys resignations will be discussed and if need be accepted only in the GBM. Surprisingly on 10th you and Gen Secy send in the minutes of the meeting which were very contradictory to the actual discussions and also state that since we both have resigned , the RWA will now be headed by the Treasurer.
Now if the Treasurer calls for a meeting i had to attend the same as he was the authority to call for the same ( as per your minutes of the meeting ). So dont blame me and others for attending the co called meeting which may be unconstitutional in your eyes.
As i have already put in my previous mail, stop putting the blame on others and accept the fact that yours and Gen Secys hasty resignations have put the RWA and the building at large in a spot of bother as it is today .
Still the situation can be redeemed if we all work together for the betterment of SRO, otherwise the builder will have the upper hand and the SRO will go from bad to worse.
