This is to bring to your attention that we have been facing the problem of water sepage in our Flat No. C-1103 since past one year. The same was brought to the notice of Maintenance department through several written complaints. And in this regard Mr. Kalicharan was also informed and he assured us to get it repaired within a few weeks, but now more than 6 months has been elapsed, no action is taken till now and the house looks messed up as the sepage is there in 2 bed rooms and also in living room.
On making him several requests he visited our house to see how bad the water sepage problem is, still his attitude to get it repaired was extremely casual and he did not seem to bother about his duty to get it repaired.
Whenever we called him up during the past one month his reply was within 1 day he will get the work started and gave several excuses and very patiently we waited.
Now it doesn't looks like waiting is worth the results, as he is just making a mockery of the problem. Perhaps he feels nobody is there above him to question his way of working.
I request the respected office bearers of RWA to kindly look into the matter, so that people like Kalicharan gets accountable for the job, and the problems of residents are being taken care of without any negligence.
