Dear Mr N.K.Garg,   ( URGENT REMINDER )
We regret to again inform you that the Revised date of RO water supply for Monday Morning i.e 14.06.2010
has again failed, and that too again with no information.
Further the C3 Main Gate pillar ,has yet to be attended. It seems the Gravity of Issue is not being understood
by M/s SML. The Residents are very upset because of the same...............
What kind of attitude is this... as it seems M/s SML, is least bothered about the Life, Safety and well being
of Residents of SRO..
If this is the approach then what is the Logic of bringing things to your notice...............
Your assurance in every meeting that M/s SML is very concerned and committed to well being of Residents

Sir,
We are very sorry for the inconveniance but we are trying our level best to
rectify the problem at earliest. The whole RO Plant is going to be serviced.
Therefore it is taking so much time. Please convey to the resident that
this will resolve all the past problems from RO water completely.

has been no RO water supply , and numerous phone call has been received by us for the status.
It has been conveyed strongly to us  that Mr Kalicharan is not answering the phone. All residents
are in dark as to when the RO supply will be resume.
In case of  any delay kindly inform all residents through the notice board and till  that time , neccesary
arrangement should be made, like Drinking water tanker to fill the RO Tank at the Ground level so that
the same can be pumped to overhead RO tank., etc....or as you decide for resuming the supply of RO
/ Drinking water.
Keeping in view the urgency of the situation and for the welfare of the residents, we look forward to your
further necessary action on top most priority.

Yesterday we were taking the round of Premises and it was observed that the C3 Gate Pillar has yet to be
repaired. This is simply to let you know how the work is assured with no committment to honour the same.

PS: Further as per the Notice Put by M/s SML,
A:  that Domestic Water Tank will be cleaned, and if you see the Quantum of Muck which has been taken
out from tank is mind Boggling. The same is still lying around the inlet of the Tank.
B: RO water Plant was to be repaired on top most priority and Water supply has been discontinued since
8th evening onward. but to be resumed positively on 11th morning. We have yet to receive any confirmation
from Mr kalicharan regarding the pace of work. If tommorow RO water is not supplied, it may create a lot
of hue and cry from the Residents, as thay must have planned as per Notice put on Notice Board by M/s SML.

                      This is a matter of taking instant  action regarding  wing c 3  main gate pillar                
    It may collapse at any time. Being a cause   of  fatal accident.  It has been informed to sml staff by the watchman  of  
 c 3 wing but all is  vain although other issuse are plugged on beside  this issue needs prompt action
This has been informed me by the guard of c 3. Wing to forward rwa
