Dear Dr. Dagar
The following major issues were discussed in yesterday's meeting-
1. Immediate removal of bio-medical waste dumping pit of Yashoda from our
basement. Only after removal of this pit, our RWA will allow any repair of
ducts/pipes installed in residential areas.
2. Removal of all dumps of hazardous bio-medical waste spread around the SRO
Complex and their proper management as per law.
3. Placing appropriate restrictions and regulations on Nurses' Hostel
running in two residential flats namely C-1002 and C1202 so that no
nuisance/inconvenience is caused to other residents of the building.
4. Addressing the issue relating to collection of garbage and filth over the
temporary structure created on 4th floor Flat in C Block which is causing
problems to neighbouring residents.
5. Unbearable noise being created by loading-unloading of oxygen cylinders,
especially during night times.
6. Taking steps for orderly parking of all vehicles around Yashoda Hospital
so that no problem is caused for residents' entry and exit.
7. Serious issue of vibration of building of A Block because of
AC/Chiller/AHU plants and ducts installed beneath A Block Building.
In addition to above, the RWA representatives conveyed to Yashoda management
that the residents of SRO Complex form most important stakeholders for the
hospital and Yashoda management should remove all causes of inconvenience to
the residents (being cause by various factors including various types of
encroachment into residential areas as well as the issues mentioned above).
It was also discussed that RWA and Yashoda management will regularly
communicate with each other without the need of any middlemen so as to avoid
any communication gaps.
Kindly provide your feedback on the issues agreed in the meeting.
Best regards
Rajan D Gupta
General Secretary - SRO RWA
