Subject: Maintenance complaints not attended to by SML - final notice
Dear Mr. Garg,
This is to bring to your kind attention that complaints regarding maintenance for my flat - OA 303 which are as old as since the time of possession in July 06 have not been attended satisfactorily so far.
My complaints and follow ups with your team have fallen to indifferent attitude and all chasing up has gone into vain so far.
Please refer to complaint log at SRORWA web site for your easy refernce.
The attitude of your maintenance team has been that let the person keep on chasing and one day he would get frustated and get the job done himself. I have done it in past but moving forward I intend to debit SML for the expenses incurred.
I have held back maintenance charges because of this deficiency and indifferent attitude of your team. Please note that if all my complaints are not addressed to properly ( not a superficial job but after analysing root cause and bringing about correction accordingly ) by 15th Dec 2010, I shall be engaging third party for this and would adjust my outstanding maintenance account money against this.
This however would not absolve Supertech or SML of deficiency in the services and poor workmanship of the flat. In case after engaging third party to carry out repair work, problem persists, I shall be debiting SML against maintenance charges.
