Dear All,
M/s. SML has sent me a Legal Notice, in response to my letter requesting M/s. SML to complete the following pending work in my shop :
1 The area of shop purchased by me is less 4.37 sq.ft.
2 They have agreed to provide water connection in my shop and accordingly I have sent the cheque. They have started the work & stopped the same in mid and returned the cheque to me.
3 While providing the water connection, a marble slab was broken which has not yet been replaced.
It is further added that I retired from B.R.O. during September 2003 and booked a shop during April 2004 keeping in view to start some business to cope up with the financial crises. The shop was supposed to be given on 31-03-2005 but the same was handed over to me during 2007, that too, after approaching the state's officials.
M/s. SML continue to harass me and keeps on spreading bad words about me. Really, it is a Monoply of the Builder.
Further to the legal notice of M/s. SML, I have made attached reply to their false & baseless legal notice.
