Dear sir
Today I went to the swimming pool and found two things very strange: -
1) Outsiders (non members) were swimming in the pool without swimming costumes - Some 5 person were swimming in the society pool without swimming costume. When i asked the guard posted at the gate of the pool , the guard replied that one of the 5 person was Mr Sushant of A-Block. The entry was there in the pool register. I forgot the number of the Flat. Four other person were friends of Mr Sushant. Guard also informed me that Mr Kalicharan has made the card those in Rs 2400. This is really strange and needs to be looked into very urgently.
2) The Changing Room Door cannot be closed and the tube lights are not working and even the cleanliness was missing.

....what to comment.....!!!!!! I am speachless...! Sushant Ji ki Jao Ho! Kal(i) Charan Jindabad... Supertech (A)mar Rahe....best of wishes to SRO Residens!! Aaaall the best!
ReplyDeletewhy anonymous on this common concern mail??
ReplyDeleteWhat’s wrong with you guys, why can’t u reveal ur id.
Swimming pool is a common society pool how kalicharan and pool caretaker allow outsiders and that too without costumes.
Facilities like swimming pool and club membership are free almost in every society or builder’s apartment – except in those constructed by Supertech and a few others. In Supertech, particularly, nothing comes free. They charge hefty sum for each and every facility provided by them. But the less said about the quality of those facilities, the better! For instance, have you ever seen such a swimming pool in a housing complex? I think calling it a swimming pool is giving a bad name to swimming pools themselves. Is it for human beings or puppies? I think even a dog won’t be happy after taking a bath in it. But please don’t ask about the residents of Supertech. They are surely from some other world!
ReplyDeleteAnd our club? Where is it? Only building a room somewhere makes it a club? But people are happily paying money to gets its membership. I think we need to consult some good dictionaries and also refine our senses.
May God help you!
Dear SinhaJi
ReplyDeleteI think you have not seen an email on more than satisfactory progess of work on club-swimming pool once sent to the RWA office bearers! The email had also vociferously deplored people who do not pay club 'maintenance' charges!
I had proposed certain steps couple of years back and had also provided a draft to the RWA for this purpose. It was shunted to dustbin by the same people you had mentioned in your email addressed to Mr. SrivastavaJi few days back. Now it is so loate that we have lost even a legal remedy!
Our General Secretary can throw some light on this matter.
May God help us!
nobody would like to pay rs. 50,000.00 for club and pool membership which has no facilities. The swimming pool is very small and the gym condition is pathetic. why to pay this much amout for it. it is foolishness. these facilities should be free of cost. there is nothing wrong if the swimming-pool is provided in rs. 4000 for one season. that is the best thing supertech can do for the residents. But it should stricktly be made available for supertech residents only. Not for outsider.
ReplyDeleteIt is very much suprising to note that now there is no safety to use the club services as anybody is provided excess to these services with consent of few club members along-with supertech employess you never know as sonn the metro starts supertech can put a board facing metro as free METRO DIP on purchasing a new property. I think we all have paid membership which should be demanded with interest.
ReplyDeleteHeard from reliabe sources that someone had just a few days back defecated (potty kar diya tha)in the swimminmg pool. Supertech staff claim that the pool has now been completely cleaned (cleaned?). But how many of us really believe them? So, go to the pool at your own risk. Or if you want to use it as a toilet. After all, you won't find a better toilet around! Would you?
ReplyDeleteI request the residents of our society to take a dip in our swimming pool on a daily basis. After all, it is as pure as our Holy Ganga! So dip lagao aur Ganga asnan ka phal paao!
ReplyDeleteHum to pehle samazhte the ki yeh kapda dhone ki zagah hai. Ab samazh main aaya ki yeh swimming pool hai!
