ReplyDeleteIt seems that same problem is being faced by most of residents and all of them are being treated same way by Surya Merchants.
They do send in their labourers who do patch up work just to show that they have attended the matter and they are on the job.
They are at all not interested in giving any permanent solution to seepage problem. Ours case is similar to what others are facing.
We have been staying here for last 4years but root cause of this ever occuring seepage problem has not been known to Surya Merchants or they don't want to comment on same.
It looks that they themselves are not aware how to sort out this problem.
Even us not paying maintenance in time or at all has any affect on them.....
Would request RWA members to kindly take a note of same that staff of Surya Merchants is quite expert in providing instant/bandage solution but don't have any willingness to cure these problems for once and all.
Would it be right on our part of residents to request respected RWA members to kindly consider takover of maintenance services from Surya Merchants into their own hands.
