Sharadji, I concur and have the same opinion on the current scenario. In addition, I am very sure that the joint secretary as well as other participated members will not reply you on this mail.
Why I'm so sure because I have not received any reply against my mail to Mr. Bangia and Mr. Arya on 14th may, which was clearly indicating that the agenda of so called extra ordinary executive body meeting was already discussed earlier on 9th may.
All presented members including joint secretary, treasure and jt. treasure were agree for the GBM on 16th then why there was second thought.
As per my opinion, the resignation of VP and GS is still on hold and under consideration since there is no call for GBM. Once decided on ninth may that the GBM will review their resignation then how a further executive body can accept their papers.
What was the emergency behind this decision???
SO, I APPEAL TO GEN. SECRATRY AND VICE PRESIDENT TO CALL SCHEDULED GBM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Decision on election between few executive members opposing RWA law, Clause 7(b) which clearly instructs us that election should held with "Sarvant Anumati".
But, I don't see the "Sarvant Anumati". Can any resident who has relevant legal knowledge put some light on this clause?
Here are few noteworthy self-explanatory mails (attached) between the RWA members...
Please say yes for the GBM If anyone agrees with me!!
regards,
Nand ChopraOA-1002

We should call the GBM as soon as possible because under the current circumstances we are unable to take any decision and that is delaying our further course of action. This is necessary and also quite URGENT in the interest of our society.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the point in sitting with a big bomb and not throwing it? I think 4 long years are already enough for discussions (do we need more?). NOW IT IS TIME FOR SOME ACTION!
ReplyDeleteAct in haste and repent in leisure .seems to be apt for ex.vp and gs .
ReplyDeleteMr chopra seems to be self contradictory .at one point he says that the resignations of vp and gs are not accepted as yet , but he also attaches the mails of both vp and gs wherein they insist that they have already resigned .
Angoor khatte hain
How can you appeal vice president and general secretary to call for the gbm when they have already resigned and do not hold these posts. If they were so keen on the gbm then they should have waited for the right forum to resign and not be adamant that they have already resigned and would only attend the gbm as a resident only
ReplyDeleteMr. Angoor Khatee, when you are convinced and confident about your statement then why unnamed. Please reveal you ID, let us call gbm and have a debate session.
ReplyDeleteDekhte hai kiske angoor khatte hai…
We have been only discussing matters for more than 4 years and still are unable to take any decision. Who says we are acting in haste?
ReplyDeleteDear Chopra, don’t be disheartened.
ReplyDeleteThese guys of core committee members were excellent and accomplished few extraordinary activities in couple of months; they were very compassionate working for rwa (so-called headless RWA), poor guys. I feel pity on them.
There is an old saying that “It is not helpful to help a friend by putting coins in his pockets when he has got holes in his pockets.”
if mr. chopra is so keen to know the identity of persons who post there comments as anonymous then he should not have put the option of anonymous while making the blog . ab jab okhli mein sir diya to musliyon se kyon ghabrana
ReplyDeleteAt the outset I would like to convey every resident that the resignation of the elected members-GS & VP is not yet accepted by the residents they only tendered it. Please note that it has not been accepted TILL DATE by majority of residents.Therfore, they still hold there post. Surprisingly they are only the two individuals among the elected members who have courage and humility to take moral responsibility on the incompetence of RWA functioning. I would like to request GS & VP to immediate exercise there power as they still hold the post and call the GBM on urgent basis in the interest of all the residents of the society before the situation get further deteriorated.
