Subject: Dadagiri of maintenance staff
To: srorwa@gmail.com
The entire corridor outside our main entrance gate remained flooded with water for the last 4-5 days. That is because of some leakage and blockage in two pipelines. We have several times complained to the maintenance department and everyone, including Raman, Kalicharan and Sanjeev (plumber), is aware about this problem. But they have done nothing till date, nor do they want to do anything.
I think they are deliberately avoiding this. Particularly Raman doesn't want that any of our problems should be solved. He is already spreading rumours that we don't pay maintenance. But he never tells anyone that despite my repeated attempts and letters written to the Supertech management, the builder has till date not paid the penalty (for the delay in giving the possession of the flat) due to us, which in any case would be more than the maintenance amount due. And till the penalty amount is not cleared, I am certainly not going to pay the maintenance. If anyone has any problem regarding this, I invite them to talk to me directly. MARD HO TO MARD KI TARAH SAMNE AAO. Why this back-stabbing?
And so far as the problems regarding the common area is concerned, no one can deny solving it. Today we had to remove the water from the corridor all by ourselves, otherwise the water would certainly have entered our house. Now I don't expect any maintenance staff to come to our help. But remember that just after some time NOT ANYONE OF THEM would be needed at all. Just wait and watch! It is a gentleman's promise!

  1. Dear SinhaJi, you have hit the nail bank on target! I am not aware whether you were present when the builder had issued letter to increase charges to Rs. 1.50.

In the executive body meeting one person had immediately commented that "bahut mehgayee badh gayee hai! Charges toh badhana hi hoga! Dedh nahin toh sawa rupaya karna hi parega chahei jaisi bhi service ho!" Thereafter, another gentle(!)man widely known as the kingmaker (just like Shibu Soren of JMM or Prakash Karat of CP who have few drunkards as followers) immediately chipped in to suport him. Same story was repeated in the subsequent GBM. However, one person then had stood and made some suggestions to tackle the mischief of builder and which were promptly accepted by all residents.

It is the same person referred earlier above who conducted a secret meeting with builder on a Saturday when meeting of core committee with builder was scheduled and the builder had purposely arrived very late and the committee members had left the venue.

Again, whatever is said of our esteemed Treasurer is like showing lamp to Sun! He is also a great follower of the kingmaker! Only God knows if residents' monies have been splurged on booz parties happening daily.

These very people have now become successful in handing over our entire RWA to the builder and his people! Earlier they had given it to a person with driminal records to run! God Save us!

Ha ha ha ha ha ha!!

  2. A friend of mine, who was keen on buying a Supertech flat in Noida, came to see me the day before yesterday. However, after seeing the pathetic condition of our apartment, he has now changed his mind and is also advising others not to buy anything from Supertech. Well done Supertech, how long can you keep fooling others? Remember that the identity of a coloured wolf gets revealed just after the first rain!

  3. The era of Gandhiji is gone. Now we have to fight even for our own right. So let's prepare for a long battle. If not, keep dying as we are dying today.

  4. The maintenance staff of Supertech are already useless. What is the point if they come to attend a problem or not. We now need to seek some alternative and the soon we are able to do it, the better.

  5. I am unable to understand what is stopping us from taking this builder to court. They have cheated us from Day 1. But we are still being polite to them. Why? Kahin to kuchh gadbad hai!

  6. For some unknown reasons, some residents of our society are still doing favour to the builder and they are the main culprit of the pathetic condition we are living in today. Unless these people are singled out and boycotted, the condition of our society won’t improve.

  7. DUNIYA EK MAYA

Hum Supertech wasion ko quality se matlab nahin hai. Hum sab sadhu hain. Din bhar dhuni lagate hain aur raat mein thak kar so zaate hain. Hum to sadak par bhi so sakte hain, aur jangal me bhi. Pani peene layak nahin hai to kya hua, hum to nadi, talab, nale, kahin ka hbi paani pi sakte hain. Safai to pehle se hi hamen pasand nahin hai. Aur watchmen ka kya karna? Sub kuch khula hona chahiye taki koi bhi berok tok aa za sake. Kya Bhagwan ne kisi par bandish lagayi hai? Phir hum kyon lagayen? Chor, daaku sabko khuli chhoot hai. Aao aur maal le zao. Waise bhi dhan-daulat kis kam ka? Tabhi to aadha Supertech ko pehle hi de chuke hain aur baki choron ke liye rakha hai. Is duniya mein kya lekar aaya tha aur kya lekar jayega? Hum santon ke liye to yeh duniya bas ik maya hai, aur kuchh nahin!

  8. Dear Mr Sinha
It is not clear why your penalty amount for late possession of flat has not been settled yet ? Did you approach to consumer court ? If not I think it is high time for you to approach the consumer court for redressal of your issue instead of wasting your valuable time(almost 4 years) in unproductive argument with supertech

  9. We all should collectively stop paying maintenance money to Supertech. After all, what we are getting in return? Water which we can’t drink, lifts which most of the time remain crowded or out of order, security guards who are useless, and maintenance staff who are unable to solve any problem. We, in fact, have to buy drinking water from the market, take stairs to visit our house, and call maintenance staff from outside to solve our problems. So, why to pay maintenance? Do we have more than enough money? Or do we believe in donation?

  11. Respected Sinha Saab
Instead of showing your MARDANGI in RWA website please show the same with Mr Chopra/Anil Sharma/Goldie to get your demand
materialised. I think RWA in need of people like you as President

  13. I have already stopped maintenance and also given them an open challenge. I have also written in newspapers under my own byline. But for this we need courage. Is there more proof needed to show one's MARDANGI? Yes, I can't go there to fight like a goonda because I am not a goonda. But yes, till they used to come here, I used to meet them almost on a daily basis regarding my problems (many of which got solved also as Mr Anil Sharma himself was vey helpful). But surely I can’t go to Vaishali or anywhere else as their current staff wish. And that is why perhaps they have not paid the penalty amount due.
So far as taking them to court is concerned, I am also going to do that soon if the current problem persists. How many of us can do that? Here people shudder merely at the thought of taking their name. Forget that, many people don't have the courage to mention their own name in this website also (but they don’t forget to challenge others). That is why HAMARE SOCIETY KA AAJ YE HAAL HAI. We are more involved in politics than doing any good to our society. If the formation of RWA is coming in the way of the welfare of our society, then I think we should not have this RWA at all. Instead we should fight like a common resident of Supertech where all are equal and are there for a common cause. Once that is done, I think our society would become a better place to live in.

  16. If this blog is their property then why they are not rejecting your comments? You are a regular commentator I believe as I have seen your comments earlier and TODAY YOU COMMENTED FIVE TIMES IN FOUR HOURS. This blog is your property. Why you are showing your aggravation on this blog. Why can’t you/residents use this blog moderately? Blog administrator can’t produce mom/resident’s complaints or any official document from his own until you/any office bearer/residents will not send it to SRORWA@GMAIL.COM.

  17. Mr 'No'

Instead of saying ‘No’ to those who have at least some courage to raise their voice for the welfare of this society, say ‘No’ to the builder and their arrogant staff who are responsible for the sorry plight of our society and also to those residents who are unable to see the gravity of the situation and are still involved in party politics. If you are not one of the builder’s guys and are willing to fight against the lackadaisical approach of the builder in solving our problems and issues, then why not you are revealing your identity and also helping us in improving the condition of our society? We need people like you.

So Mr ‘No’, it is time say ‘Yes’. Are U ready?
