Dear Sirs
This is to bring your kind notice that the to-day morning the front glass of my car was found broken  in my basement parking. The same was noticed by me to-day morning at 8.30 A.M when I was leaving for office. Please note that the vehicle was ok when it was parked at 6.30 P.M on 13/04/2010. yesterday being a holiday I was at home and didnot drive the car..
Please note that the glass of my car was broken by heavy concrete material which was fallen from the roof of the basement as construction works are going on at the shopprix mall since long. This is a gross negligence on the part of the supertech management as they didnot issue any prior notice to me to remove the car from the parking.
It may be mentioned here that on earlier several occasion concrete dust particles were fallen on my car, but luckily my car was safe. The maitenance staffs were well aware about the incidents.
Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances and as my car was damaged due to the gross negligence of the management, you are requested to compensate the damage at the earliest. The quantum of damage may please be assesed at any working day after 7 P.M
An early action is highly being solicited

  1. shantanuji, what action rwa has taken till date? have you received any call from mr Garg or any rwa member after your mail? i'm sure and confident that no support can be provided from rwa side . our rwa is very week . you should have register a police complaint against builder for damages claim.

  4. Its a high time now we should not allow the builder to further allow any damage in the premises which we all have bought as our car parking, nobody has any right over to commercialise the same. Our RWA should immediately issue a letter to the supertech management or they are not able to issue this letter they should take a legal assistance and serve notice to immediately sto all the work at basement parking. In future nobody should be allowed or seen in the parking doing work for Yashoda/Mall etc.

  5. Shantnu Ji. It is better you personally talk to Supertech management. You can expect some result from there. Also take photographs of your damaged car. It will be used for damage assessment and compensation/ reimbursement. In case the management does not agree with your claim the police option can also be explored. I really do not that how much the UP police can be helpful to you. You can take some legal opinion from any lawyer also.

  8. Now again we seem to have adopted the 'take it easy' policy regarding the builder, which is not good for us. Today when I was drinking the RO water at home, its colour looked quite yellowish and even the taste was not good, indicating that the quality of the water itself was not good. It is summer days again and anything can happen. Are we waiting to die of cholera, typhoid or any other water-borne disease? True, we can buy the drinking water from the market. But why should we do that? By that logic, we should also get our own maintenance and security staff and maintain the complex on our own! For, there isn't a single plumber, electrician or any other staff available for your help when you need them the most. Only after three or four years of taking possession, the building looks at least 25-year old and its condition is only deteriorating day by day. If we don’t have the guts to force the builder to adhere to its promise, can’t we spend a few bucks to improve the condition of our surroundings? True, it is not bad to decorate one's own home from inside, but anyone who comes to visit us first notices the pathetic state of the building itself and then goes inside someone's house. What impression they are carrying with them of our society? We may boast of being millionaires or even billionaires, but we are actually living in a ‘modern’ slum and, sadly, we seem to be quite happy about our ‘prized possession’. What a pity indeed!

  9. Dear Sinha ji,
I absolutely agree with you. It is because of our ‘take it easy’ approach we are bound to suffer. I am happy that you have now joined the RWA and also became a member of core committee on ‘Yashoda hospital related issues’. We can expect some proper stand on this issue now.
It may be true that the most of the people who are managing the show are busy people. That is why they are probably not able to devote the proper time to RWA. But, in my opinion, if anyone who is unable to devote time should quit the responsibility voluntarily so that other people can come and contribute meaningfully. We should take responsibilities only to concentrate on residents’ welfare agendas and not on self-welfare agendas. Otherwise the situation will further be deteriorated. I strongly support your concern related to the RO problem, maintenance and security issues.

  10. This is to inform all that in addition to various activities conducted in our parking areas by Yashoda hospital, Maintainence staff there are few residents who are taking undue advantage of there reserved parking by using it as a drinking place. Such individuals and their activities should be immediately put on hold at public places like parking as it gives a very bad impression on our resident ladies and children/youngsters.

  11. main upar diye hue comments (Mr sinha and Mr singh)se agree kar raha hoon. Mere samajh se
is bar election ke time mein hame alert rahna hoga ki koi galat person rwa mein na aane paye.
log aise ho jo boldly kaam karana jante ho. sirf rwa mein impression jamane keliye aur misuse karne ke liye na aane paye. aise bhi logo ka dhyan rakhna hoga jo builder ke close log hain aur unke liye kaam karte hain.
