Subject: damage of car in basement parking

Dear Sirs

This is to bring your kind notice that the to-day morning the front glass of my car was found broken  in my basement parking. The same was noticed by me to-day morning at 8.30 A.M when I was leaving for office. Please note that the vehicle was ok when it was parked at 6.30 P.M on 13/04/2010. yesterday being a holiday I was at home and didnot drive the car..

Please note that the glass of my car was broken by heavy concrete material which was fallen from the roof of the basement as construction works are going on at the shopprix mall since long. This is a gross negligence on the part of the supertech management as they didnot issue any prior notice to me to remove the car from the parking.

It may be mentioned here that on earlier several occasion concrete dust particles were fallen on my car, but luckily my car was safe. The maitenance staffs were well aware about the incidents.

Keeping in view the above facts and circumstances and as my car was damaged due to the gross negligence of the management, you are requested to compensate the damage at the earliest. The quantum of damage may please be assesed at any working day after 7 P.M

An early action is highly being solicited

  1. This is something very unfortunate happened. I am sure Supertech management will not only settle the issue but also take action not to repeat these type of incidents in future.

  2. There is an old saying in Hindi, "Veena ke taar ko itni bhi dheel mat do ki aawaz hi na nikle." Sadly, we are just doing that. Here we are not ready to fight for our own right. In that case who is going to help us?

  3. Azgar kare na chakri, panchhi kare na kaam, Das Maluka kah gaye, sabke data Ram! So why to worry? And why to raise our voice for our own welfare as well as the welfare of our society? The God is there to take care of our needs and sufferings. So why to complain to the builder or anybody else? They are the representative of the God. Worship them and offer them prasad. If all of die one day, just accept that as our fate. Jai Shri Ram!

  4. The whole maintainance team here is comprising of JOKERS... they do not know how to solve problems because they are problem themselves.

Alot needs to be corrected here and we need UNITY OF THOUGHT PROCESS.. which i find is missing !!!!!

  5. Roti, Kapda aur Makaan. I think after buying a flat constructed by Supertech, you will neither have Roti nor Kapda after some time!

  6. MAKING OF SRORWA BLOG IS A COMMENDABLE INITIATIVE BUT WHY THEY ARE PROMOTING SUPERTECH BUILDERS BY SHOWING THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS LIKE ROTI KAPDA & ECO VILLAGE. BUILDER MUST BE BEHIND ALL THESE ACTIVITIES. WHEN OPEN THIS SRO BLOG, “SUPERTECH BUILDERS” APPEARS AT THE TOP. THIS IS A BUILDER’S BLOG PROJECT PROMOTION COULD BE ONE OF THE REASON OR SOME HIDDEN AGENDA FROM THE BUILDER’S SIDE SHOULD BE THERE SO, BE READY FOR THE WORSE. FEW RESIDENTS ARE ALSO PLAYING DOUBLE ROLE. DO NOT VISIT THIS BLOG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Dear Anonymous, I think if this blog is a builders promotion initiative than there is no biggest fool on earth than him. As he is promoting to his customers the various flaws that exist in his constructed site like- No FIRE EXIT, No proper RO Supply and other day to day maintainence related issues which are faced get worser day by day those are highlighted in the blog and it has become misery for all the residents. I think we should not stop few of the residents who consider that they are living in heaven, I dont think its there mistake!!!!!
