Dear Rajan,
Pl find enclosed report of RO Water for necessary action at your end.
I have also made an attemped to arrange meeting, collecting paper for Housekeeping and Security Work, so that a report can be finalized. I am sorry to say that coopration from RWA and members of commmittee is very poor. Further I am busy in International Training Programme till 5 Dec 2009. Therefore, I am not in a position to attend the Housekeeping and Security work, you may manage this work the way you like.

I further request members of our other teams, especially on Security, Housekeeping, Manpower and Water/RO, to complete their exercise also within next few days so that we can put up complete report on all aspects before Surya Merchants and prove the fallacy in their claims. Based on the results obtained by exercise on electricals, I am convinced that we will get similar results on other aspects as well.
I once again request Mr. Rungta, Mr. Srivastava and Mr. RK Gupta (OC-907) to kindly take some time out of their busy schedule and complete the above exercise.

There was no RO water supply today morning i e 23rd April. There was no intimation also. this is realy Pathetic. Please give the prior intimation in future so that the water can be stored.
