Dear Mr. Garg,
As you are aware that the electrical core committee already had one meeting with Mr. Rajender & Mr. Kalicharan to review on the Electrical & DG expenses.
The electrical committee will be having a joint visit in the three days based on the confirmation from Mr. Rajender.
To have more clarity on the monthly expenses incurred on grid supply, we would like to request you to provide us the copies of bills for the period between January-September 2009.Currently, we only have the bill copy for May'09 for our reference.
The electrical committee will shortly be submitting there report along-with their recommendations to the Coordinator- Maintenance Committee.

I have just received a call from Mr. Garg. He states that he is ready for the interaction and will be the sole point of contact.

I therefore request Mr. Nand Chopra and Mr. Mohit Rastogi of our Team on Electricity & DG (Mr. Subir Chopra is apparently out of station and will be back on Friday/Saturday) to immediately get in touch with Mr. Garg directly and fix up your meeting with him so that you commence your work of obtaining all details and know how.

Since I do not have email ID of Mr. Rungta, I request Mr. ON Srivastav to get in touch with Mr. Rungta and Mr. RK Gupta (OC-907) so that they mobilize their team and start interacting with Mr. Garg on HouseKeeping & Security. I have already briefed both Mr. Gupta and Mr. Rungta.
