This is further in reference to our meeting regarding the proposed revision in maintenance charges.
As discussed, we have formed teams under the following major heads to carry out the joint review exercise-

House Keeping, Security & Manpower

- Mr. Alok Jain
RO Plant & Water Supply

- Mr. AC Saxena
General Building / Civil Engineering / Safety Issues

- Mr. LK Singhal
The above teams will work in coordination with our Core-Committee on Maintenance already intimated to you.
The above teams or the respective team members will directly get in touch with you to obtain all details and to have discussions. Kindly provide the details required by them. We have already furnished them the details provided to us so far.
Also, as requested, please intimate to us the names of Supertech representatives nominated from you side who will participate in the joint exercise for each of the above functions. It will be highly appreciated if you can name the concerned representatives and instruct them accordingly to get in touch with the above team members so that the process can be taken forward.
