Dear Mr N.K.Garg,
This is Urgent Reminder for for the above Issue which is pending since the Date of Possession ,by the Residents.
Yesterday there was a representation of Quite a Few Residents for Urgent Reminder to be sent to M/s Surya
Mechants Limited (SML) , for work yet to commence on Fire Exit.
The Residents are very perturbed , on SML, not initiating any work, even after giving assurance, on various
Joint meetings,..........
Kindly , confirm per return , the further course of action, on top most priority , as this relates to the Safety
of Residents of Suppertech Rameshwar Orchids, Kaushambi.
We need to inform the Residents by 3rd evening the further course of action by SML.

addressed to the President, Resident Welfare Association.in response to our letter Ref : - dtd 29.05.2009.

The Residents of "A" Wing of SRO , in majority has approached us , and highlighted the acute urgency
of the Non availability of Fire Exit, which has been assured and promised by M/s SML, but the
progress on the same , has yet to be commenced. They have categorically told us that in event of any
eventuality, M/s SML, will be held fully responsible, directly as well as incidentally, intoto..

You are requested to kindly understand the Gravity of the situation, and provide the Fire Exit as per
Norms, immediately without and further delay.
