Minutes of the meeting of the Management of Surya Merchants Ltd. and Core Committee members of Supertech Rameshwar Orchid held on 12^th February at 5.30 P.M. at H-1, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad.

 

 

Presence: - Director-Mr. Goldy Gupta

                  Director-Mr. Anil Sharma

                 Core Committee Members

 

 

During the meeting following points discussed and agreed:-

 

1. Core committee members proposed the joint control over the maintenance activities and billing procedure to improve the maintenance services and optimization of the resources, which was accepted warmly by the management.

 

2. It is agreed that Core Committee will submit its report and suggestions to the management with in 4-5 days, by which the things can be control jointly.

 

3. Mr. Goldy Gupta submitted the average cost sheet of the one year (01.01.2009 to 31.12.2009) to Mr. Rajan Gupta to consider the cost factor of the maintenance services so that the revised rate can be finalized in the next meeting, which will be effective from 01.08.2009 as earlier decided by RWA.  

 

4. Mr. Raman Thakur (Maintenance incharge) has been deputed by the management to coordinate with the core committee for the implementation of the suggestion for joint control of the maintenance services.

 

5. It is further proposed to handover the maintenance services to the third party, who can manage the entire maintenance services of the building at effective cost, which was accepted by both the parties to consider the proposals in the next meeting.

 

6. The matter relating to increase in the Power Back Up charges from Rs. 8/- per unit to Rs. 12/- per unit also discussed because  the current per unit cost of power back is too high therefore it was agreed to consider the revision proposal in the next meeting.

 

7. The next meeting will be held on 05.03.2010 at 5.30 P.M. at H-1, Kaushambi.
