Dear all

Report on RO water was submitted some time in November 2009 & some suggestions were made for improvement. In November itself, about 50-60 residents were gathered in the mall on issue of RO water. A memorandum was prepared and given on the spot to Mr. Kalicharan to handover to Sh Anil Sharma. During a recent meeting, we all went to see the condition of storage tanks on top floor and made some suggestions to Mr.Kalicharan. No action has been taken except cleaning of RO tanks once. There are many other factors which effects the quality of RO water including the membrane filter

From the above it appears that SML do not care for all our efforts, time, suggestions & Most important the health of the residents. This is high time to deal strongly this issue or drink poor quality of RO water & face health hazard.

Please see the following trail of emails from our residents. The residents are very furious on the state of affairs regarding RO water supply. They are of the view that SML is deliberately forcing them to drink poison. We fail to understand why SML never follows any of its duties, leaving aside keeping up hollow promises it always makes. Does SML want to play with lives and health of residents and their children only for the reason that it will save few thousand rupees for it? It is a real shame!

The RO membrane has not been replaced for last 4 years and at present it has large holes! On top of it, it is not even ganga water! In effect, we are drinking pure poison!

Kindly let us know your proposed action in this regard.

Even the RO is not working due to the membrane , hence we are literally drinking contaminated boring water .
